Referrals 

If you have a referral from your doctor and have a Mental Health Care Plan you are eligible to receive up to 10 counselling session per calendar year and receive a Medicare Rebate

Session Cost 

$150 per hour (Medicare rebate of $96.65 if you have a GP referral)

Sessions 

Sessions are for 1 hour and can be offered face to face, online via Teams, or by telephone.

Private Health Insurance 

Those with Private Health insurance that includes Psychological Services are able to make a claim.

Cancellation or Rescheduling 

A fee of $75 will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

A 'no show' will incur a full fee payment
